Gift Card
Amount
The STEFANEL Gift Card can be loaded with any amount between €5 and €10,000.
Validity
It is valid for 12 months from the activation date (which takes place at the time of purchase).
Top-up
It cannot be reloaded. Any remaining balance can be transferred free of charge to a new STEFANEL Gift Card, provided the request is made before the expiry date.
Balance
At any time, customers can check the remaining balance and expiry date of their STEFANEL Gift Card at the checkout counters of participating Stefanel stores.
Receipt
The remaining balance is printed on the receipt issued for a purchase made using the STEFANEL Gift Card.
Use
It can be used in STEFANEL monobrand stores (shop-in-shop corners are excluded).
Online
It cannot be used for online purchases.
Promotions
It cannot be used in conjunction with promotions.
Security
The Gift Card is transferable to its bearer and is equivalent to cash. In the event of loss, theft or damage (for example, if the barcode and/or numerical code becomes illegible), it cannot be blocked, refunded or replaced.
