If you already hold an active Stefanel Card as of 31/08/2025, you will automatically enter the Stefanel Lounge program starting 01/09/2025.

If you sign up for the program starting from 01/09/2025, membership is activated automatically on the day of subscription.

With every purchase made in-store or on [stefanel.com/it](https://stefanel.com/it) (by logging into your account), you earn points: 1 euro spent equals 1 point.

You can earn points in two ways:

In-store, by presenting your Stefanel Card at checkout.

Online, by logging into your account on [stefanel.com/it](https://stefanel.com/it) with your linked Stefanel Card.

For online purchases:

Home delivery: points are credited upon shipment, except for cash-on-delivery orders, where points are credited upon order delivery.

Click and Collect: points are credited when you pick up your order in-store.

The balance displayed in your profile shows the active points earned within your current Level. Once you reach a new Level, the points used for the upgrade will no longer be visible in your balance.

The program consists of three Levels. To upgrade, you need to collect a specific number of points within your current level:

From Level 1 Amber to Level 2 Pearl: 250 points

From Level 2 Pearl to Level 3 Diamond: 750 points

You can also jump directly from Level 1 Amber to Level 3 Diamond if you earn 1,000 points upon joining. You have 12 months from entering each Level to reach the points required for the next upgrade.

Yes. Points collected within a Level are valid for 12 months from the date you enter that Level. After this period, any unused points will be reset to zero.

You have 12 months from the date of entry into each Level to earn the points required to maintain it:

Level 2 Pearl: 250 points

Level 3 Diamond: 1000 points

If you do not reach the required threshold within 12 months, you will automatically downgrade to the previous Level.

Example: Level 2 Pearl with 100 points and a €200 return. Your balance will be -100 points. To maintain the Level, you must earn 350 points within 12 months (250 to maintain + 100 to cover the negative balance).

Benefits vary depending on your Level and are activated automatically. You have 12 months to maintain or upgrade your Level.

Welcome Gift: 10% discount applicable to a purchase within 3 months from the date of issue. Valid in-store or online with your linked Stefanel Card.

Shopping Card:

Level 2 Pearl: €25 for every 250 points earned on a minimum purchase of €100.

Level 3 Diamond: €35 for every 250 points earned on a minimum purchase of €100.

Level 3 Diamond: €300 for every 1500 points earned on a minimum purchase of €301.

All Shopping Cards are valid for 3 months from the date of issue and cannot be combined with other discount vouchers.

Birthday Discount: Valid from 7 days before to 14 days after your birthday. Level 1: 10%, Level 2: 15%, Level 3: 20%.

Free shipping: Levels 2 and 3, with no minimum spend required.

To earn points online, create an account on [stefanel.com/it](https://stefanel.com/it) using the same email address provided during in-store registration and link your Stefanel Card. It will be visible in your Personal Area.

Yes. Shopping Cards and the Birthday Discount can be used on a single purchase, in-store or online, subject to linking your Stefanel Card. They cannot be split or combined with other active promotions.

For every 1500 points earned in Level 3 Diamond, you receive a €300 Shopping Card, valid on a minimum spend of €301. If you reach 3000 points, you will receive two €300 Shopping Cards.

The points matching the refunded amount will be deducted from your points balance. If the return results in a negative balance, your Level is maintained until the end of the 12-month period.

Full order discount coupon: reissued.

Birthday Discount: valid for 15 days from reissuance.

Partial return: coupon will not be reissued.

In case of cancellation, the Shopping Card will be automatically reissued with the same features and a new expiration date.

Your points balance may become negative after a return. Example: Level 2 with 100 points, €200 return → balance -100 points. To maintain your Level, earn 350 points within 12 months (250 for maintenance + 100 to offset the negative balance).
