RETURNS AND REFUNDS - EXCLUSION OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
On the occasion of Christmas holidays, for all orders placed from 23 of November to 31 of December, you have 45 days from the date you received the order to return the products.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
You can proceed with the return of the entire or partial order, selecting the items you want to return during the return procedure.
Upon receipt of the order, you still have to wait 24 hours to allow the update of successful delivery on your personal account. Once the update has taken place, you can proceed with the return.
If you are already registered on the website, please return directly from your reserved area. If you are not registered, you can request it by clicking on the link "Unregistered user" below.
RETURN REQUEST METHOD FOR REGISTERED USERS
If you want to return a product, follow these simple steps::
1. After 24 hours of receipt of your order, log in to your account here: Login. Click on the "My Orders" section and then on "Request Return". Select the order containing the items you wish to return or replace, specifying the reason and the request.
Please note that, except in cases of return under the exercise of the right of withdrawal, you can only replace products that are received damaged, defective or incorrect: we do not accept substitutions for size change.
2. Check your inbox, you will receive an email confirming that we have taken charge of your return request containing the courier's contact details for returning the package.
If you choose to use our courier, the costs of the service will be deducted from the refund of the products.
3. Put the products in their original packaging: the products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. in perfect condition, complete with all their elements, unused, provided with the original packaging and any manuals, labels and tags still attached to the product.
The returned items will be checked by our warehouse to verify that they have been returned intact and we will charge you for any loss of the value of the goods, refunding only the residual value of the product.
4. You will receive an email confirming the exercise of the right of withdrawal, containing the return form to be placed in the package and the address to which to send the return to be applied outside the package.

6. Keep the receipt of the shipment.
7. When the return reaches our warehouse, we will refund it by the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc..) or bank transfer.
LEGAL WARRANTY - RETURN FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the event of defects and/or non-conformities, you will be entitled to the restoration of the conformity of the product, through repair or substitution, or to alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for in art. 130 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.
If you have received a damaged, non-compliant, defective or incorrect product, you can request the repair, substitution or reimbursement of the item within and not later than 2 (two) months of its discovery. Pursuant to and for the purposes of European Directive 44/99/EC and articles 128 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the products you have purchased are covered by the legal warranty, which covers defects in conformity of the products for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months of their delivery.
To request a refund, follow the instructions given in the previous paragraph - "Request for Return" - with the specific reason "Damaged, non-conforming or incorrect item" and enclosing one or more images of the item in question, in which the defect is clearly visible.
Once the procedure has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the courier's contact details and all the instructions for proceeding with the shipment. The authorization to return the product will not constitute in any way recognition of non-conformity, as we check the item when we receive it back. We reserve the right to proceed with the refund of the defective item only after having carried out the appropriate quality controls, to verify the actual non-conformity of the returned product.
In the event that the non-conformity of the product is ascertained, we will refund you by the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc..) or bank transfer.
