As provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Arts. 50 to 68) and by the new Consumer Directive (Legislative Decree no. 21 of 21 February 2014), we hereby provide you with the following:

My item is defective or does not conform to the order. How do I obtain replacement or refund?

A defective or non-conforming article should be returned complete and intact in its original bag (on which the sale code is marked).
All items can be returned within 14 business days of receiving the order by entering the required data in the 'Account' section.
The parcel should be prepared using the original packaging if possible; the appropriate copy of the delivery note should be included, specifying whether you wish to receive a replacement or a refund. Shipping costs will be entirely at our expense, and we will send our courier to collect the product.

What if I can't find my size?

The website updates the availability of the products featured on every day.
Although we strive to maintain a large stock of available products, some of the most popular items run out of stock quickly.
If you cannot find the size you want, you can use the ‘Advise Me' function in the product page. You will be notified by e-mail when your size is available.

Can I change or replace a product?

To change a product you must return the product in your possession and make a new purchase online.

How do I return an item?

Contacts the delivery service of your choice to organise the collection of the goods if you are responsible for payment of the delivery costs. If you are returning the goods due to non-conformity or because they are faulty, we will arrange collection.

My promocode does not work. What can I do?

If the promocode entered into the specific box during the purchasing process is not applied, check that you have not already used it and that it has not expired. Our customer service department is at your disposal.

Promocode: how can I use it?

If you have a promocode, you can insert it directly in your cart or at checkout in the apposite box “Insert promotional code”.
We inform you that if you have a voucher that you received in stores, it cannot be used for online purchases.
