How much does shipping cost?

On Stefanel.com we have the following shipping option:

  • Standard delivery: We will deliver your orders within 3-5 business days;*
  • Express delivery: We will deliver your orders within 1-3 business days;*
The tracking system allows you to know the status of your order at any time.

Login to your private area and click 'My Orders'. You will see the list of your orders. Select the order you want to track.

*Orders placed by 11 a.m. on week days are delivered to the courier for shipment within the same day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. are delivered to the courier for shipment within the next business day. The shipping costs will be shown at the checkout page.

  • During sales and promotions, delivery times may be longer than usual.
  • When your order leaves our warehouses, we will send you an email.
  • Orders placed Mondays to Fridays before 12:00 p.m. (CET) will be delivered within 3-5 business days for Express deliveries and 1-3 business day if Urgent delivery is required. In the case of orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (CET), on weekends or public holidays, delivery will take an extra day.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to military bases or mailboxes.

I placed an order on Stefanel.com. When will it be shipped?

Orders placed by 11 a.m. on week days are delivered to the courier for shipment within the same day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. are delivered to the courier for shipment within the next business day. For Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria and disadvantaged areas, delivery is guaranteed within 3 business days.

*Italian holidays are:

  • 1 and 6 January
  • Easter and Easter Monday
  • 25 April;
  • 1 May
  • 2 June
  • 1 November
  • 8 December
  • 24, 25 and 26 December

Once the order is packed, the parcel will be handed over to the courier in charge of delivering it.

Can I track the shipment of my order?

When the package is shipped, an email confirming shipment will be sent to the address you provided. The email will contain a link to track the parcel on the courier's website. The link will be active within 24 hours after receipt of the email, depending on how long its takes the courier to take over the parcel.

I have not yet received my order, what should I do?

If you have not received your order within the expected time, we recommend you to track the status of your order on your Account at the top of the page. If you do not have an account, you can access order tracking through the order confirmation email that we sent you. For more information, you can contact us by our Customer Care department .

What if I am not at home when the courier arrives?

The courier will leave a notice with parcel references, consignment note and telephone contacts. You can contact the courier (GLS or UPS) for information on the second delivery, or you can pick up your parcel from the local warehouse if this is more convenient to you.

What should I do if the parcel is delivered damaged?

If, upon receiving the parcel, you notice any defects or damage, you should ask the courier to mark the package with the following wording: 'RESERVE FOR DAMAGED PACKAGE'.
You should then write to our Customer Support Service at the following address stefanel.customercare@fullycommerce.com to receive the instructions for replacement of the items.
When writing to our Customer Service, please include pictures showing the damage and state your order number.
If the courier does not give you the opportunity to sign with the words 'RESERVE FOR DAMAGED PARCEL', please do not accept the parcel and inform our Customer Service immediately at the following email address: stefanel.customercare@fullycommerce.com. The problem will be resolved as soon as possible.

Which courier will deliver my order?

Stefanel.com uses GLS for Italy, RUSSIAN POST for Russian Federation and UPS for the shipments to the rest of the world. Approximate delivery times are 3-5 business days.
In the email confirming the shipment we will specify which courier will deliver your order.

Can I have the order delivered to another address?

Yes. Once you complete the order, you can enter an alternative shipping address or you can register and create an account. In this way you can save your shipping and billing information, to make the purchasing of your favorite products even faster. If you need help, don't hesitate to contact us here.

Can I place an order and have it shipped to a Country other from that of my billing address?

You can place an order and ship to other countries. This possibility is currently available in the following countries: Italy, Austria, France, Germany, Portugal, UK, Spain. We inform you that if you change the Shipping Country, the amount of your order in terms of shipping and product costs and VAT will be automatically revised.

Can I choose the day and time of delivery?

No, unfortunately you cannot choose the day and time of delivery. Make sure that someone is present at the shipping address you provided.

Can the shipping address be changed after the order is confirmed?

Once the order is recorded, the shipping address cannot be changed. The only way is to cancel the entire order and re-submit it with a new shipping address. In this case, please contact our Customer Service to check whether the request can be fulfilled.

Can I have my purchase shipped to a Stefanel store?

For the moment this service is available only in Italy. However, you can have it delivered to an address other than the billing address, for example to your work address.
